Easy make at home chicken noodles.
Hey readers! Welcome to my post for today. Today, I will be talking about how to make homemade chicken noodles because of the shortage in the stores due to the coronavirus. I would suggest to pick up a rotisserie chicken especially from Costco. They have good chicken, but, they are limiting so only one rotisserie chicken for you. So, lets get to it.
First, gather your ingredients.
Ingredients:
Flour (2 cups)
Eggs (2)
Chicken
Water (1/2 cup)
Chicken Broth (8 cups)
Any veggies
2. Retrieve soup pot and boil the 8 cups of chicken broth.
3. Meanwhile, gather flour into a pile and make a hole so it looks like a small volcano.
4. Add eggs into the volcano center.
5. Grab fork and gently pull the flour to the eggs and gently mix overtime. If it doesn't seem together, it's normal just keep mixing. If needed add more flour. When all the way mixed together add water if dough seems dry.
6. Roll dough out with rolling pin, if you do not have one use an empty wine bottle. Adults, feel free to empty it into a wine glass. Kids, don't go near it.
7. Cut dough into strips that are very thin. They should be 1/4 inch wide. Then, cut into 1 inch long smaller pieces
8. Once your chicken broth has boiled add chicken first then your noodles. Cook until satisfied. (make sure they don't turn brown.) (wait until noodles rise to the top and then wait 3 minutes.)
9. Add frozen veggies if you like.
10. Enjoy!
